Call getpid() in INTERNAL_SYSCALL will break the argument regs,
because gcc couldn't save destoryed regs for system call asm.
Ref to glibc, we could just remove all the check code.

Ports missing INLINE_SYSCALL() support need to get fixed, so drop the cruft
keeping them alive since it no longer works with the unification.

protect its use by #ifdef INTERNAL_SYSCALL since not all
arch's has INTERNAL_SYSCALL.
All arch's not having INTERNAL_SYSCALL in
libc/sysdeps/linux/<arch>/bits/syscalls.h should get an update
from glibc.
