Fix issues with aarch64 and df with mismatching header between kernel
and libc.

New architectures don't have fstatfs anymore, so we use a wrapper for
__libc_fstatfs which will use fstatfs64 internally. The interface however
needs to remain the same (i.e accepting a struct statfs as a second
argument) for backwards compatibility

Net outcome is that an allnoconfig with HAVE_SHARED is now about 88k instead

applications stop using _syscall#() and use syscall() instead. Cleanup
internal handling of syscall includes to use the correct header file.
