Remove __libc_ffs*, unneeded

This imports and adapts ffsll.c from glibc. The same mechanism as in glibc
is used to choose between ffs and ffsll to implement ffsl. The single user
in libc is changed to use the hidden version __libc_ffs.

sed -i -e '/Experimentally off - /d' $(grep -rl "Experimentally off - " *)
sed -i -e '/^\/\*[[:space:]]*libc_hidden_proto(/d' $(grep -rl "libc_hidden_proto" *)
should be a nop

Appears to build fine (several .configs tried)

in string.h and strings.h. This caught unguarded string ops in
libc/inet/ethers.c __ether_line_w() function.
I will wait for fallout reports for a week or so,
then continue converting more libc_hidden_proto's.

While testing the FR-V code with GCC mainline, I ran into some
problems in the RPC code. It relies on a GCC extension that is no
longer available, namely, the result of a cast is no longer considered
an lvalue.
This patch enables the code to compile. I haven't been able to test
RPC though, especially in a multi-threaded environment.

stuff needed for NFS mounts, rsh, and similar.

junk (and I do mean that ;-) thread safe without undue pain. Adds 12k worth to
the code size I'm afraid, but since I never use NFS and therefore never include
this stuff, I guess thats acceptable. I still need to enable the multi-threaded
bits...

speaking the entire pile of rpc dung is infect damage). Anyway, hopefully
NFS using things may now be able to work...
