remove _LIBC part from rpc headers
include libintl.h to rpc_private.h and use that instead of rpc.h
include libintl.h anywhere else needed replacing _(x) and N_(x)

in string.h and strings.h. This caught unguarded string ops in
libc/inet/ethers.c __ether_line_w() function.
I will wait for fallout reports for a week or so,
then continue converting more libc_hidden_proto's.

When I mounted nfs on my target, the kernel crashed. And I found it
was caused by stack overflow. When I digged into it. I found the
following issue.
In the file "./uClibc/libc/inet/rpc/auth_unix.c"
int max_nr_groups = sysconf (_SC_NGROUPS_MAX);
gid_t gids[max_nr_groups];
And, NGROUPS_MAX is defined in the file "./linux-2.6.x/include/linux/limits.h"
#define NGROUPS_MAX 65536 /* supplemental group IDs are available */
OK, here we can know max_nr_groups is assigned to 65536, that means a
huge matrix "gids[65536] is in the function **authunix_create_default**.
My method is doing it by malloc, the patch as follows.

adding cruft to include/sys/time.h. But also, there's no sense in
making changes like this until we decide how we're going to approach
the hidden symbol transition.

Hello!
Would the attached patch be acceptable (maybe instead of
__libc_gettimeofday using __gettimeofday)
We have some issues, see

junk (and I do mean that ;-) thread safe without undue pain. Adds 12k worth to
the code size I'm afraid, but since I never use NFS and therefore never include
this stuff, I guess thats acceptable. I still need to enable the multi-threaded
bits...
