dl-sysdep.h has to come before the fallbacks in dl-defs.h,
else the wrong macros are used.
While there adapt the guard to the file name.

The fdpic support has been broken since the prelink support was added,
because it didn't take into account DL_LOADADDR_TYPE could be a different
type of ElfW(Addr).

Fix dladdr to correctly handle local function's address so backtrace_symbols
print only the function address for these function, instead of showing the name
of nearest one.
Indeed the dladdr walk through the hash table to find the nearest symbol, that
doesn't contain local symbols.

This adds support for DSBT ELF to ld.so. This uses loadmaps like FD-PIC.
Some code is added in ld.so to initialize the DSBT tables, and there's
also a new target macro FINISH_BOOTSTRAP_RELOC.

Global symbol scope is implemented as a linked list of
local scope, that dynamically grows and shrinks when dlopen/
dlclose are called. Each local scope is implemented as an array
of pointer to struct elf_resolve.
This will help to detect conflict when LD_TRACE_PRELINKING option
will be implemented.

These are mostly the changes necessary to deal with loading the libraries
into memory. A couple new target macros are defined for this purpose, and
the code in dl-elf.c is modified to deal with nommu systems.

A couple more target macros for ld.so to deal with FD-PIC support. We need
special code to compute the initial got and dpnt, and we need to pass extra
arguments to _dl_get_ready_to_run.

Change _dl_find_hash to _dl_lookup_hash, as on the NPTL branch.
_dl_find_hash is now a wrapper function around it; unlike on the NPTL branch,
it retains the old interface so that not all callers need to be changed.
_dl_lookup_hash can optionally give its caller a pointer to the module where
the symbol was found.
Introduce ELF_RTYPE_CLASS_DLSYM for lookups from libdl.
Spelling fixes in the Blackfin port, since Alex Oliva's original version of
these patches used _dl_find_hash_mod as the name of the function rather than
_dl_lookup_hash.

This reintroduces a mechanism identical to the DL_BOOT macro present in
older versions of uClibc. On Blackfin and FRV, we want to pass more
than one argument to _dl_start. We also want to do something special
before returning, so delete the warning when the START macro is defined.

without LDSO_CACHE_SUPPORT turned on, LDSO_CONF and LDSO_CACHE are
not defined anywhere, but still used by ldconfig.c This patch allows
ldconfig to build again, although there may be a cleaner way to fix
this????

dl-cache.h and make use of it. Also disables the lib-path-redundancy check
for the case the cache is not used. Makes use of _PRELOAD_FILE_SUPPORT.
