extra/locale/gen_wctype.c: remove __CTYPE_isalnum and friends;
stop using macros with hidden parameter - that's evil;
reformat broken indenting (it was not matching the number of {}s);
fix format warnings (int vs size_t vs long)
No code changes (verified with objdump)
