(UCLIBC_HAS_MMU): Depend on !ARCH_HAS_NO_MMU, rather than just using it
to set the default. (HAS_FPU): Depend on !ARCH_HAS_NO_FPU. (USE_GCC_SOFT_FLOAT_OPTION): New option.
