Subject: Carmelo Amoroso writes: I experiencied some problems while trying to
 debug the ld.so (sh4) in debug mode. I found that the _start code was not
 placed into any PT_LOAD segment causing a SIGSEV. I solved this issue
 explicitely placing the _start code into the .text section (see attached
 patch).
