From 14c2c51eca3bd5028da6c16c26659c583432eaad Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Manuel Novoa III Date: Tue, 6 Aug 2002 05:27:13 +0000 Subject: Changed fflush() behavior to no-op for r/w streams in read-mode. This falls under undefined behavior wrt ANSI/ISO C99, but SUSv3 seems to treat it as a no-op and it occurs in some apps. Fixed a problem with _stdio_fwrite() not checking for underlying write() failures. Fixed both _stdio_fwrite() and _stdio_fread() to make sure that the putc and getc macros were disabled if the stream was in and error state. The above changes should take care of a problem initially reported by "Steven J. Hill" . --- libc/stdio/stdio.c | 50 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++----------------- 1 file changed, 33 insertions(+), 17 deletions(-) diff --git a/libc/stdio/stdio.c b/libc/stdio/stdio.c index cf6450995..b4208f97c 100644 --- a/libc/stdio/stdio.c +++ b/libc/stdio/stdio.c @@ -25,6 +25,19 @@ * * ATTENTION!
