The direct cross-compilation of perl requires some
pre-generated config files. It is a mess on perl updates.
Buildroot is happy with perl-cross, so I switch now.
Perl-host is still required for perl-modules to compile.

There are a lot of packages which needs special features either
toolchain or hardware features. Add a new symbol which will be
used to disable packages, when a toolchain for example does
not provide this feature.
At the moment following features are required to set for a
package: threads rt c++.
There will follow: mmu iconv.
This will help to better support targets without MMU or
threading support.

Rename the variable name to PKG_HASH and use a
256 Bit SHA checksum to verify the integrity of
distfiles. While there do some housekeeping and
remove old packages.

to avoid namespace collisions in some packages, rename TOPDIR.
Sorry you need to make cleandir && make prereq && make

After Joerg asked me about the difference between
ADK_TARGET_ARCH and ADK_TARGET_CPU_ARCH I recognized many duplication
of variables for this information.
These patch fixes this up. Use make cleandir && make menuconfig && make

depmaker and pkgmaker is replaced by C programs. scan-pkgs.sh will be replaced
by another mechanism. scan-pkgs.sh is needed to recognize package flavour changes,
so that a package is rebuild.
Generation of meta-data is a lot faster now.
Fix or add new PKG variables to fulfill the needs of the new programs.
Documentation will follow as soon as it is stable.

All packages need an update, so here is a very huge commit.
Most of the 460 source packages use automatic style for configuration,
building and installing. Make these styles default to "auto".
If you have a package, which does not conform to this, just use
manual style and add a do-$task make target.
I added a new style named AUTOTOOL style, which is needed for some
broken packages, which needs to be updated via autoconf or automake.
I renamed CONFIGURE_STYLE to CONFIG_STYLE.
Updates for some packages, which have newer upstream versions.
Renaming of all package/*/extra directories. Use the directory
src/ to provide overwrites of source files or to add the code, when
no upstream package is available or used. src directory will be automatically
used.
