Make configuration of new targets cheap.
Just add a new file in target/arch/sys-enabled/foo.
See other files for syntax. While doing runtime tests
with the new infrastructure I've updated a lot of other
stuff:
- gcc 4.5.2
- uClibc 0.9.32-rc1 (NPTL)
- strongswan, php, miredo, parted, util-linux-ng, e2fsprogs
I promise, this is the last big fat commit this year ;)

fix a bug, where the wrong cfgfs partition was used, when
more than one cfgfs partition is available. Always use
the cfgfs partition from the block device, the system is
booted.

depmaker and pkgmaker is replaced by C programs. scan-pkgs.sh will be replaced
by another mechanism. scan-pkgs.sh is needed to recognize package flavour changes,
so that a package is rebuild.
Generation of meta-data is a lot faster now.
Fix or add new PKG variables to fulfill the needs of the new programs.
Documentation will follow as soon as it is stable.

When using reboot, halt or poweroff check for
uncommittet changes in /etc on a cfgfs enabled system.
When installing packages via ipkg, check afterwards if
any uncommittet changes left.

alix2d has a reset button, which might be used to startup a rescue
system or anything you think about. add a small daemon from ipcop
forum to implement this. See:
http://www.ipcop-forum.de/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=19183&hilit=alixswitch&start=30
finetune kernel configuration, enable MFGPT timers. Disable unsupported
MTRR. Enable watchdog.
Enable initramfs and initramfs+piggyback for alix targets.

after n0-1 helped to find a way to fix my broken rb433
by using the primary bootloader via shortening a jumper
I got the motivation to get this target working again.
Summarize both targets to newly created rb4xx target.

All packages need an update, so here is a very huge commit.
Most of the 460 source packages use automatic style for configuration,
building and installing. Make these styles default to "auto".
If you have a package, which does not conform to this, just use
manual style and add a do-$task make target.
I added a new style named AUTOTOOL style, which is needed for some
broken packages, which needs to be updated via autoconf or automake.
I renamed CONFIGURE_STYLE to CONFIG_STYLE.
Updates for some packages, which have newer upstream versions.
Renaming of all package/*/extra directories. Use the directory
src/ to provide overwrites of source files or to add the code, when
no upstream package is available or used. src directory will be automatically
used.
